Here at Prestige, we offer custom mould services to our clients. So if you need something unique made, we can help. All our products are designed and produced in-house by our team of highly skilled engineers, so you can be rest assured that we can deliver to your exact specifications, on time and at a decent price.

How It Works:

Client Consultation - We listen to your needs and packaging requirements. Whether it be a specific plate, bowl or container, we use ur extensive expertise to help you turn your concept into a packaging solution. A cost breakdown will be provided for the tooling required, as well as the finished product cost per unit price. If you have an existing product you want us to follow, provide us a sample of the product, as this will speed up the cost quotation process.

Product Design Stage - Once we have determined the packaging concept you require, a computer generated design will be sent to you for viewing and approval.

Trial Tooling Stage - When the product design has been approved, we can produce a trial tool or a full production tool for your particular product. A trial tool is recommended only if your products will be used in an automated filling or sealing machine where precision is important. This normally applies to food manufacturers, as the trial tool can produce a small quantity of product, enough to run through your machines, without costing too much if changes need to be made.

Full Production Tool Stage - Once you are satisfied with the trial product or the cost quotation of the samples you have provided, our in-house engineers will produce a full production tool to create your desired product.
